 Terms & Conditions

  1. Delivery is free on all orders within Pakistan of above Rs. 4,999.  
  2. In case of any manufacturing defect claim(s), email us at cs@tasneemshamim.com or call / WhatsApp us within 7 days of purchase with original receipt. 
  3. Sale items are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, except for defected item(s) or wrongly shipped item(s).
  4. Orders placed on this website will be deemed confirmed only after verification process by phone or SMS is completed.
  5. Tasneem Shamim puts all the effort needed to dispatch and make deliver of orders within stipulated time, but does not bear any loss/responsibility for any delay in delivery which may arrise due to any uncontrollable or unexpected event such as weather, law & order, plant/machinery failure e.t.c.
  6. Shipping charges for returned merchandise for any reason other than manufacturing defect or wrongly shipped items, shall be borne by the customer.
