Exchange & Refund Policy, Duties/Taxes

Payments

  • Customers can select either COD (Cash on delivery), payment through Debit or Credit Card as payment methods during checkout. 
  • When Credit or Debit Card payment method is selected, our website will redirect you to processing bank’s secure website and return to your order page when completed. 
  • Credit and Debit Card payments are processed via secure channel on beneficiary bank’s own website to ensure fast secure and transparent method.
  • Incase of order cancellation where payment was made through Credit/Debit Card customer will be refunded their actual amount after due diligence which may take few working days. 

 

Returns and Exchange (Domestic)

  • Tasneem Shamim has hassle free exchange and return policy, which can be carried forward via multiple communication channels for customer's ease and convience. 
  • Incase customer receives incorrect or defective item, he/she should contact via message or call on our Whatsapp number during working hours. Customer will be furnished with correct order in 4-6 days subject to availability, and after receiving the defecitve/incorrect back at our premisses. 
  • Tasneem Shamim is offering a 7 day money back gaurantee provided the article is returned unused and undamaged, in original packaging and with tags (if any). 
  • If customer wishes to exchange an item, they can also contact on our Whatsapp number via message or call, or email on cs@tasneemshamim.com. Subject to availability and after receiving prior shipped item customer will be dispatched replacement, and shipping charges shall be borne by the customer. 
  • Special promotional item or Sale items are not refundable nor exchangeable. 

 

Returns and Exchange (International)

1. All products purchased from our Site can be exchanged within 07 days only if:

  • Exchange request is made within the stated time frame/limit.
  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The received product(s) differed from the original order.

In such cases, claims can only be entertained if they are made within 07 days of the original deliver date.

Please email pictures of the defective item to cs@tasneemshamim.com or WhatsApp at +92 311 0607223 within 7 days after order delivery in case to raise a dispute. Tasneem Shamim will look at each dispute on an individual basis and will make every effort to be fair to both parties.

Once we receive the item our team will review the damage-once the dispute is settled fairly we will issue a replacement of the same value against the product mentioned in the invoice and send it to the buyer’s address.

2. In case of exchange customer will be responsible for all shipping, handling costs.

3. Discounted Items cannot be Returned / Exchanged.

4. Unstitched articles once stitched will not be entertained.

5. Make to Order and Stitched will not be entertained.

 

Order Cancelation

1. Tasneem Shamim does not offer a “refund” or “money back guarantee” on purchased items.

2. Customers paying via Debit/Credit Card may cancel within 24 hours of placing the order. Order amount will not be refunded back instead a coupon of same value will be provided that can be used to purchase from Tasneem Shamim within next 90 days.

Tasneem Shamim may cancel orders for any reason.

Common reasons may include: the item is out of stock, damage found during quality check, technical error or debit/credit card payment is declined.

We do not store Credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

  • All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties.
  • We ship your package “Duty and Taxes” unpaid, and we do not calculate any local taxes or duties during checkout.
  • Any fees that are due will be collected on delivery of the order.
  • Any applicable customs, import and collection fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s).
  • Taxes and fees are based on many factors, including location, material, item value, etc. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be as customs policies vary widely from country to country.
  • If your order does require any additional charges, they must be paid by the customer for the package to clear customs.
