Payments

Customers can select either COD (Cash on delivery), payment through Debit or Credit Card as payment methods during checkout. When Credit or Debit Card payment method is selected, our website will redirect you to processing bank’s secure website and return to your order page when completed. Credit and Debit Card payments are processed via secure channel on beneficiary bank’s own website to ensure fast secure and transparent method. Incase of order cancellation where payment was made through Credit/Debit Card customer will be refunded their actual amount after due diligence which may take few working days.

Returns and Exchange

Customer will be furnished with correct order in 4-6 days subject to availability, and after receiving the defecitve/incorrect back at our premisses. Tasneem Shamim is offering a 7 day money back gaurantee provided the article is returned unused and undamaged, in original packaging and with tags (if any). Subject to availability and after receiving prior shipped item customer will be dispatched replacement, and shipping charges shall be borne by the customer.
