Shipping and Handling

(Within Pakistan)

  • Customers will receive a confirmation call or SMS from Tasneem Shamim to verify order and shipping details.
  • Expected delivery time for (a) unstitched and (b) stitched articles is 2-4 working days.
  • Custom size stitched articles or stitching services for unstitched articles will take additional 4 days to be delivered over and above standard shipping time (6-8 working days in total).
  • Tasneem Shamim puts all the effort needed to dispatch and make delivery of orders within stipulated time, but does not bear any loss/responsibility for any delay in delivery which may arise due to any uncontrollable or unexpected event such as weather, law & order situation, plant/machinery failure or any unforeseen event.
  • Shipping charges for returned merchandise for any reason other than manufacturing defect or wrongly shipped item(s) shall be borne by the customer.

    Returns and Exchange 

    • Incase customers receive incorrect or defective item(s), they should contact via message or call on our WhatsApp number during working hours. Customers will be furnished with correct order in 4-6 days subject to availability, after we receive the defective/incorrect article.  
    • If customers wish to exchange an item (s), they can contact on our WhatsApp number via message or call, or email us. Subject to availability and after receiving prior shipped item(s), customers will be dispatched replacement. Shipping charges shall be borne by the customer.
    • Special promotional item(s) or sale item(s) are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
